Why do you want to be an application manager?: I like doing it in general, I also get mad when someone posts an applicatio nand it isnt checked for 3 weeks,and I am on everyday so I will be able to go throug it everyday.
Do you have experience as a staff member or as an application manager?: Yes as a staff member.
Are you mature?: I am VERY mature for my age.
Are you trustworthy?: Yes
Are you responsible?: Responsible and mature are pretty muc hthe same so yes xD

You examine an application, it looks pretty good, acceptance materiel, but then at the bottom you see that they wrote a dirty comment about the staff, would you, Deny for Plagiarism, Accept and brush it off, pend it, or simply deny?:
I would simpley deny them seeing that they did not steal an idea and ban him/her for an hour
What do you do if some answers are missing, do you deny, make it pending, accept it, or warn them?:It will be considered Pending.
Do applicants have a better chance of acceptance if they are donators?:I believe EVERYONE should be looked at evenly.
What does it mean to accept?: They did very well answered all questions and made very few to no grammatical errors.
What does it mean to be pending?:The did okay,left some answeres blank, and or got a couple wrong or had mild gramatical errors.
What does it mean to deny?: They did not answer alot of questions, and or answered them wrong and had many gramatical errors.
What does it mean to deny for plagiarism?: To deny for stealing someones idea and not giving them credit and not with their consultance.
What do you do after accepting, pending, or denying?:Move it to the denied or Accepted category,lock it,If it is pending move it to the pending category,and leave a comment on why it is pending, do the same for denied but move it to the Denied catagory.
