Why do you want to join the CCA? : Because I enjoy the roleplay far more then the other factions, and it feels very satisfying to develop a character within the MPF whitelist.
Why should we accept your application(OOC Reason) : Because I have plenty of experience within the Combine Civil Authority Whitelist, and have a strong understand of striving to be better then others at the same rank as me.

Give evidence if so. : My highest rank was on Citadel where I was on 02 of the 2nd division, unfortunately that being my main server I have no current proof of any of the servers I've been MPF on, feel free to disregard this if you feel I am lying though.

Marcus Hamilton. Was an average man. He always felt people were stupid and with that cynicism he became unpatriotic to all governments. But soon he found him self in tears under the desk at the engineering facility he worked at. He was hiding from what we now call the 7 hour war. But we're getting ahead of ourselves lets have a look at his childhood. He was born in an hospital in the year. 1981. He worked hard in school but his grades were always well... average or below. He was always mocked for being stupid. But he was in fact a genius. He created a infinite energy machine out of tools in his fathers shed. Only to have other children destroy it. One day he saw a limo and as a child HAD to go check it out. He heard two people talking in it they sounded very serious. So he eavesdropped in on the conversation. Little too young Marcus's knowledge it was the president of the united states being informed of Aperature Science institute.
The mysterious man in the car said. "And last on the list of things i wish to inform you before our 'due date' in 2013 is of aperature science institute in michigen the facility studies propullsion gell, and is working perfectly fine. Although there was a issue with a thing called glados. But unless someone went in and tampered with it the facility should be fine. Okay that's all you will be informed now Driver take us home." Young hamilton was astonished at what he just heard. He went back home looking at his pets. He had so many of them. Lizards, dogs, birds, snakes. And he looked all his science experiments. But he was pondering and talking to himself saying "There is a whole secret world that could use me. But how do i find them?". But suddenly he recalled the strange man in the limosine saying "Although there was a issue with a thing called glados. But unless someone went in and tampered with it the facility should be fine." That was what he had to do. He was such an asset that destorying a top secret research facility would be okay. Obviously not thinking as stated though. So he snuck on a plane too michigen. And using a device he made to track propullsion gell. He found aperature science institute and being the sneak he was remained completely undetected. He stumbled across the glados core room. Trying to hack into he found the weekest device on the machines LAN. He using this weird sphere obsessed with space to hack into the machine and tamper with it. He issued a Lua command (Like anything major would actually use Lua.) To awaken the sleeping giant in 4 hours. After escaping the facility he returned home to a rather normal life. He thought he wasn't caught and therefor it was actually a failure. He couldn't of been more wrong. (< Stollen straight from prometheus.) And walking back from school he was sacked. (Sounds dirty) and was in an interogation room. After hours of interogation. He thought he was going to be put to death. He was hit in the head with a metal bar. And woke up in a rather nice colourful cheery office. And a very nice man in a suit said "Congradulations Marcus Hamilton. You have the job." Marcus being 12 1/5 at the time said. I didn't realise you were hiring kids. With a lot of attitude. The man in the suit went from happy in smiley and completely dropped all expression from his face. The decoration in the room seemed to be dreadful from seeing the man in the suit change. And then in fear he said "I'm sorry sir please explain what's going on.". Not budging at all in his attitude with his body barely even moving he said "I am sorry you were not informed. We here would like to tell you that you are very talented. And are of much use to us. We would like to offer you a job once you turn 18. You will be making $436,000 (That's a lot) a year and will be given housing food and service you'll live like a king." What he said sounded happy but the man was very frightening. Then Marcus put his hands over his eyes trying to think. He took a deep breath and ready to give his answer. He opened his eyes Everything seemed greater then before. What were ordinary pencils on the desk were suddenly made of gold instead of wood. Hamilton was to say the least drow dropped. And trying to make words come out of his mouth the man in the suit said "Glad to have you on board." Suddenly Hamilton passed out and woke up in bed. Not telling a soul not even his pets about what happened. He tried to continue with his life.
But he would have nightmares and talk in his sleep about what happened. His parents just assumed he was watching too much television and made sure to try and be happier durring breakfast. After years of his rather boring childhood had passed he was 18 years old. And on his birthday he got out of bed quickly. Saying "It is time." Almost as if he were a puppet. But the rest of his day was normal and he acted normal. Until the party was over. And on the way home he heard a female scream. Hamilton imediatley ran over to help. But found himself hit in the head with a blunt object (a 2/4). He was in a strange research lab and he saw the man in the suit. The man hadn't aged at all, He could sense it was the same man. And the man was happy. And he said "Welcome home Marcus." After being shown the entire facility he began working and exelling. For a few years until one day. A loud explosion was heard across the facility debree flew out and hit Hamilton leaving him unconcious. A few moments later he found him self in tears under the desk at the engineering facility he worked at. Almost like a robot he found himself crying. Like he suddenly became another person. He wondered what was happening. But what was happing. And what was he hiding from?
He was hiding from what we now call the 7 hour war.
The decisive battle for earth was finished Breen had surrendered earth. In turn becoming "Earth Administrator". Soon he found himself walking the streets in the aftermath of the war. But the city he was in was overrun by necrotics (Zombies) and parasites(Head Crabs). Running away from them he found an odd grey humanoid he was hit on the head and years later woke up in a whole new world. The world of the combine. He after several beatings learned what happened and he did what almost no one else in his entire species had done. He had found his true sense of patriotism. He applied for the CWU and was excepted to work the factory. After a rather rude co worker had mocked him seconds later he realized that he was beating the man within an inch of his life. After CCA agent pulled him back and detained him he returned to work apologized to his supervisor. But soon the CEO himself walked up to Marcus and said Flat out Hamilton you're to scrappy to work here you're fired. He wondered what to do until he came across a poster for city 18. He saw that it said their job was the opposite of slavery and looked into the mans eyes even though he was just a CP on a poster he felt more affection for him then he had about his family and friends. He had found his purpose Marcus Hamilton With perfect posture marched into the CCA office and said quote "My name is Marcus Hamilton. I am here to join the CCA. I am mentally and physically fit i am loyal. I would kill my own mother if she were still alive before i'd even say something negative to a CCA officer. I would prefer to join APEX. When do i start? He was accepted and relocated to City 45. After several weeks of training and brainwashing Marcus had become a rather successful CCA agent he was average rank and had rather average criminal points and exceeding loyalist points because he would finish the day long chore list in half an hour. (You can consider this point the present spot in the server i'd be playing on.) He was called in to deploy turrets and command the hunters he oh so cared for (They reminded him of his child hood pets he even gave them the same names.) in the slums because the rebels recently launched an unsuccessful blitz on the city.
He had the turrets up and while his comrades where either dying or deserting. Hamilton stood his ground with his UU issued weapon and his turrets and of course with his beloved pet hunter they were killing rebels one by one. He had found later on he was the sole survivor of that battle and he had won the battle in the name of the combine. But he received word on the CCA radio a massive rebel attack was underway more then 50 times the earlier blitz or the battle he won. Marcus was rushing to the Nexus to make sure of the safety of the City administrator and the SeC. Killings rebels along the way he found the Administrator and the SeC. But the rebels flooded the nexus killing nearly all security. Using a combine secret tunnel they escaped the Nexus (Now under rebel control.) and entered the train station. From their he using a pay phone activated a secret passage sent the City Administrator the Sec And 3 of the most experienced CCA agents into the tunnel to hide. He looked at the rest of the forces the city had and discovered something horrible. He had about 10 rookie recruits vs 200 trained rebels. How was he to defeat them? He used what had saved his life before several times. Engineering. He taught all men how to activate turrets and barricaded the nexus with furniture and turrets then shot a combine signal flare from the roof. Now was go time combine reinforcements (The big guys.) where on their way and so were the rebels. Taking his men he was cutting down any rebels who entered the station. However they were completely surrounded and had no means of escape. So standing their ground all 10 recruits were killed and Marcus was wounded. But 500 Over watch agents, 5 Helicopters, and 12 Striders had arrived and quickly wiped out the rebels.
Marcus was treated for his wounds, however after a head injury he received on transportation to Combine medical treatment, he had forgotten several years of his life, through brainwashing they had been able to give him basic codes and standard knowledge, however being a different man but still a good unit he was stripped of all medals his back round wiped, and sent to a new city and began as a new rank there.
