What games from the HL2 series have you played? : I have only played through half of Half Life 2, but I gained my knowledge of the lore the hard way by actually playing HL2RP. I lack on the story of Gordon Freeman himself, but know all about the events that would affect the roleplay situation.

What is your reason for applying for a spot in the Combine Civil Administration? : Although I didn't agree with the Combine at first, I have recently had my eyes opened. The combine know how to mold this planet into a truly civilized world. I would like to join the Combine to help see this world get out of my head, and in front of my eyes. I am tired of just sitting there and watching it happen. I want to make it happen.
What do you have to offer to the Universal Union? : I believe I would have at least twice the sense of purpose as any other who applies. I want to see this world become a safe, civil, haven. I would believe this would greatly help me become an efficient unit and greatly help the Combine and it's benefactors.

Do you have any medical condition that requires medication? : I have RLS. Restless-Leg-Syndrome (A.K.A.- Willis-Ekbom Disease.)
If I don't get my medication for it (Diazepam), I could not stand/sit still for extended periods of time, as my legs will give me an indescribable annoying feeling in my legs, and sometimes arms, causing me to attempt to "scratch" the inside of my legs/arms to relieve said feeling by twisting my leg/arm muscles. I can get cramps from how intense it gets sometimes.

What conditions do your family members have? : Although I suffer from RLS, my sister did not inherit it and is living healthy.

Write your occupations before the war : I was a police officer in Germany.

I was born in Brandenburg, Germany in 1986. My sister was born four years later in 1990.
Growing up, my father was a police officer working in a town I no longer remember the name of. I remember him often taking me to eat ice cream whenever I got a good grade on my mathematics tests. Memory of my mother is very foggy, but I remember loving her caring figure. I remember my father and mother loving each other and rarely fighting. Even when they did, they would always work it out quickly. The rest of my childhood is full of extremely vague memories of trees, cars, and random children's books. All up until the beginning of my adolescence.
I am now ten years old. It's 1996. I remember wanting to work as a police officer, like my father. I remember playing "Cops n' Robbers" with toy guns with my 6-year-old sister. I know that I was part of the larger population of people in Brandenburg who were not religious. As a child, I would usually try to watch my dad in uniform. The station was close, so I would sometimes head there and watch him and the other officers in uniform. I went to "Edith-Stein-Schule" for Highschool education. I was not the most popular person, but I managed to make a couple friends here and there. My one best friend, Bernhard, would often speculate with me about how humanity might change if an intelligent alien species visited us.
I have now graduated from highschool, I joined the Police Academy in my hometown. After graduation, I joined the police force and started working as a police officer. A few years later, the Seven Hour War happened, causing the Earth to be subjugated to the powers of the Combine, with the head of the UN announcing surrender. That's when Combine soldiers broke into my house. I had still lived with my sister, so they took us both together. We were assigned CIDs a few days later. My sister's and mine were very close to each other as we entered the line at the same time. After we were assigned CIDs, the Combine made an announcement that any humans under the age of eighteen or over the age of sixty were killed. I remember wanting to rebel, but never doing it. Somehow, the water they gave us seemed to... calm me down. The trains they put us on took us from city to city. And now, it's the winter of 2016. I am in City 18.
