Newcomer/User- Users are the basic people who have just recently joined, you are not a big old nothing, you have a bigger place than you think. They are the lowest on the structure.
Member- Members are users who have been in the community for a long amount of time. They are above User, but not that much.
Respected Member/Trusted- Respected members are members who have been in the community for a really long time. They are way above user and get some more respect than the other ranks, but all admins should treat Members and User's almost equally to a Respected Member/Trusted Member.
VIP/Donator- The donators are respected more than Respected Members, due to the fact that they have contributed a part of their savings for the community.
Operator- Operators are the first staff rank on the structure and are above VIP, although they are given about the same respect level as VIP.
