Armory Overseer:
Me, Sparky, would control the Armory Overseer(AO) as a character. I would get on once in a while and I would supply weapons to the Units who need them. This includes ammo, guns, melee weapons, equipment, and attachments for the weapons. Everything would be free of charge of tokens.
Terminal:
You would go up to an NPC dealer and buy weapons, but remember, you would have to pay with the server on this option. Instead of getting free weapons, you would have to use your salary to purchase the stuff. This also wouldn't be able to be as custom. You wouldn't be able to get IC attachments, instead they would stay default.
