Before you start, pick a name to be known as, and never refer to your fellow members real names.
You will start as a "Refugee" and then you will become a 08, all the way up to 01, then maybe take up a command position.
You are not better than any rebel not in Lambda, Lambda just does it more organized and better than anyone else.
Do not waste your time with the Private Resistance, they are not resistance, just criminals, they break even our morals.
Now for the first thing every Lambda member should know.
Guerrilla warfare.
They push up, you retreat.
They camp out, you harass.
They retreat, you pursue.
You lower their moral, make them not want to be there, ambush them until they break down, then pick them off one by one.
You are a shadow, a citizen, in some cases, not different from the everyday crowd.
But when you pull a detonator out of your jumpsuit, **** gets real.
Guerrilla division is well trained for this, and it will be touched on more in order to join it.
IF you wish to join this division, talk to a commander or other high ranking official.
Guerrilla Division Commander : Gale "Sharp" Weston
Medical Division.
You should have your medical kit, gloves, and a surgical mask.
Always have these on you, the safety equipment will prevent direct contact to possible pathogens in blood.
If you wish to join this division, talk to a high ranking official. You will receive a Medical Division guide.
Engineering Division
You will be trained on how to engineer a bomb, disable a DNA lock on a AR2, disable a Combine Bio-Lock, and much much more.
This is the second longest training required.
Assassination Division
The most elite, you don't bother to fight any normal CP, you only take down the big guys.
Longest training required for this division.
You are comparable to a Seal-Team. Only the most elite will be admitted, you will receive sniper rifles and silenced weapons when going up in this division, and you will get them early.
This is not a easy thing to be, and I don't expect many of you to be able to fit the job, this might not even be a choice, if you haven't proved your worth.
Guidelines
Do not rat out your colleagues.
Do not kill civilians for invalid reasons.
Never attempt a upfront battle with Civil Protection.
Never lead someone to the Lambda base of operations.
If you risk capture from the Combine, it might be better to kill yourself then be brainwashed, turned into a OTA unit, have your memory's extracted and more.
Never, EVER, Expose Lambda's secrets.
Kill civil protection near the Lambda base on sight.
Do not head into the main city without consent from high command.
Never neglect guerrilla warfare, and exploit their rules and regulations against them.
If CPs are on your tail, make sure they are gone before heading anywhere near base.
