First off, divisions.
Bakery Division:
The Bakery Division handles all the food and drinks, supplied to citizens. The Bakery Division can also bake IC items(Items that are not actually spawn able, just imaginary). Things like donuts, cakes, etc, can be made ICly. I will eventually find a way to have REAL donuts and such, but that will take a while. Anyway, the current leader of the bakery division is undecided. It will be figured out later.
Store/Change Store Division:
This division is self explanatory. They sell items at the store, such as flashlights, request devices, books, etc. The current leader of this division is the owner. More will be explained later.
Medical Division:
These people work at the hospital, obviously. The current leader is the owner, but instead of there being a manager, the executive controls the medical division, which is Sparky. THey sell bandages, medication, etc. They also give medical treatment to the people in need of it.
Factory Division:
This division works in the industrial sector ONLY. They work on machines, making machinery, metal things, water, flashlights, etc. Some parts of the factory are more peaceful than others. The woman that work in this division, are sent to the book factory to make and bind together books, as well as fix them. They also make flowers and such. Men, on the other hand, make machines, metal things, water, and other hard stuff. The men usually are the first to die on the job, sadly.
Ranks:
Recruit-Just recruited member, 0 Token Salary
Worker-Next level up from recruit, happens quick, 5 Token Salary
Member Worker-Worker that has done an honorable thing, 10 Token Salary
Honorable Worker-A worker that has done honorable things a lot, for a long time, 15 Token Salary
Assistant Manager-The managers assistant, more authority than all the ones below, 20 Token Salary
Manager-Happens after a while, manager of a division, sometimes the Executives helper, 25 Token Salary
Application Manager-The manager of the applications sent in from applicants(Citizens), accepts or denies them, 30 Token Salary
Assistant Executive-The Executives, and Chief Executives assistant, lots of authority, 35 Token Salary
Executive-Really high rank, 3rd highest, lots of authority, checks in a lot, 45 Token salary
Chief Executive-2nd to highest, handles mostly everything, only a few things are out of reach from him, may be called in by the Founder, 60 Token Salary
Founder-1st Highest, the best of the best, the creator of the CWU, his name is unknown(Will be changed when made ICly). Has the most authority, and can fire anyone if needed, but the Founder does very little, as the Executive, Chief Executive, their assistants, and the application manager can handle the hard work. He handles the highest of the work, talking and negotiating with the Combine, and keeping the CWU alive, Unlimited Token Salary, 1000.

Worker, Charles Payton, Medical Division: Dead, accidental injection of a fatal medical serum
Recruit, Olaf Samoset, Factory Division: Retired, the factory fumes and work were too much
Worker, Kasey White, Bakery Division: Dead, another employee, Alan Yang, accidently stabbed her when she scared him as an April Fools joke
Manager, Alan Yang, Bakery Division: Dead, Unknown.
Chief Executive, Patrick Koaten: Retired then Dead, retired under unknown circumstances, died a week later from a major stabbing, new CEO appointed
Many others are MIA, or unknown. List is added onto many times, sadly.
